Steps You should Take Before Open House Event

Days Prior to Open House: This Phase covers the Planning, Preparation, and Announcement Step
Schedule Open House
It is recommended to schedule an open house event and notify all your potential clients to be, Sphere Of Influence (SOI), etc several days in advance and put it in a calendar that can be viewed by everybody.

Simply click on the Schedule Open House to see all currently scheduled events.

  1. If you see your event in the calendar, just simply click on the event URL link. (Remember you must be logged in)
  • This brings you up a page that shows the detail information about your event. This page also allows you to edit (modify), delete current information or announce this event to your Sphere Of Influence (SOI) by emails.
  1. If you don't see your event in the calendar, just simply click on the "Add Event" Menu at the bottom of calendar to create one. (Remember you must be logged in)
  • This brings you up a form page that allows you to input the open house event information such the date, time, location, and brief description about the property or the event. Additionally, you can input the URL of the flier if is available. The system knows who added this event and ads this information to the database. When you are done inputting the information, simply click on "Add Event" button to add this information to the system's database.
  • After the event is scheduled, the system brings you the calendar page with your event on it. Done Scheduling! 
     

Send Your Open House Announcement via emails:

  • If you select the "send emails" option from the previous step, the system displays all emails that you have already entered in the system.
  • You can add new emails, one-by-one via Create a New email Record or import your entire SIO emails from an excel file via Import emails option.
    Please note that when importing emails via excel document, there are some rules and restriction that must be followed. Please see help for step-by-step instructions.
    Just follow the instruction and you will have all your SOI emails in the system instantly.
  • Now you have option to select emails that you want to send the announcement to.
  • After clicking "Send emails to checked rows", an email automatically and instantly will be sent to all selected emails along with a flier of the open house (if it was provided).
